Thanks to the self-sharpening mechanism of the abrasive media combined with the automatic adjustment system, no manual intervention is required. The SOLID FINISH RF 200 provides
The SOLID FINISH is designed to minimize setup times. Positioning to a new dimension and adjustment of wood-species-specific parameters are carried out fully automatically during line operation. In addition, the combination of air blow-off and extraction ensures perfect surface preparation for paints and stains.
The unique and long-proven ROTO FINISH® sanding process is known for its exceptionally high surface quality. Cross-sanding from both sides breaks even the finest fibers. Using original WEINIG sanding tools, service lives of several hundred thousand running meters can be achieved—even when processing resin-rich woods.
