TICKET FAQs - IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Can I order more than one ticket?
As the tickets are personalised, only one ticket registration is possible with one e-mail address. The ticket is not transferable to others.
2. I will be at the trade fair for several days. How many tickets do I need?
You will receive a permanent ticket. This is valid for the entire duration of the trade fair from 26/05 - 30/05/2025 (09:00 - 18:00). Please note that the ticket is not a ticket for local public transport.
3. How do I get my ticket?
You will not receive your ticket from WEINIG, but from Deutsche Messe AG itself via the following e-mail address: noreply@dm.ticket-messe.de. Please also check your spam folder.
4. I have not received my ticket. What should I do?
If you have not received your ticket by e-mail despite registering, please contact Deutsche Messe AG directly at: ticket-team@messe.de or
