Real-time monitoring of machinery with the WEINIG App Suite at TPO Holz-Systeme GmbH Top quality and safety when there's a fire - that's what our customer TPO Holz-Systeme ensures with its fire doors and windows, whose customer story we are proud to present today. For this purpose, Managing Director Jochen Schildger and his employees use the analyses of the WEINIG App Suite to fully utilise the capacities of their WEINIG machines, to detect malfunctions at an early stage and to remedy them in a targeted manner, as well as to increase production. Easy to operate and flexible to use - that's why the App Suite is now at the heart of production and has opened up new possibilities, such as the second shift in stand-alone operation. WEINIG EXPERIENCE | A visit to our customer Weiss Holzwerk

Weiss Holzwerk GmbH in Julbach is the largest sawmill in the Rottal-Inn district and also one of the largest pallet factories in Bavaria. Wood has been processed here for almost 1000 years - this is documented. The Weiss family has owned the company for almost 150 years. For many years now, Weiss Holzwerk has been cutting up logs for carpenters on request and in 2021 decided to go one step further and close the gap between the sawmill and the carpentry shop - with a planing and profiling machine from WEINIG, a Profimat 50. This now proves every day in production that it is flexible to use and easy to operate and can produce all profiles. The Profimat 50 moulding machine is optimally designed to meet the requirements of craft businesses in particular.

WEINIG EXPERIENCE | A visit to our customer Kloboucká Lesni

WEINIG visits a customer. Today we proudly present our customer "Kloboucká Lesní" in the Czech Republic. As part of their modernisation measures, the company decided on a new planing line from Weinig, with the Powermat 3000 at its heart. The aim was to produce several different products in one line, but also to reduce the hard physical work for employees as much as possible.
