The coronavirus affects everyone and has an enormous impact, not least on working life. Oliver Schöllhammer from the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA) presents how the institute is therefore taking new approaches to work design. He shows what has already been done, but also how things can be taken even further. Hybrid work forms and new office concepts are particularly interesting here.
