The roller conveyor makes it easy to transport the material to the saw. The robust designs are perfectly matched to the respective U model and can also be equipped with a clear and easy-to-read measuring scale.

The spikes serve as a clamping device for unedged workpieces that do not lie along the guide rail. In combination with the positioning laser, this makes the SOLID CUT U 700 an unbeatable cutting saw for any solid wood processor.

Precise laser for maximum material yield

The position laser on the SOLID CUT U 700 is mounted on the machine stand. It can be used to display the saw blade position precisely using a laser line, making it easier to position the workpiece by hand for a crosscut. The laser allows you to work much more accurately without a stop, especially for fast pre-cutting of unedged workpieces.

Adjustable stop

An adjustable stop is crucial when repeatedly crosscutting the same lengths. As a result, our OptiCut C-series offers you multiple ways to stop your material. The robust stop flap is a perfect option if you’re using large cross-sections, while the swinging stop is ideal for high operating speeds on smaller or pre-planed parts.

Space-saving solution for the highest ergonomic demands

The SOLID CUT U 700 can be mounted on two linear guides. This allows it to be adjusted manually in depth and clamped pneumatically in any position. The cross-cut saw can be positioned to match the width of the wood. This optimizes the work cycle and reduces non-productive times to a minimum.
