The undertable cross-cut saws can be kitted out with a Safeball manual safety switch and a protective shield that can be lowered pneumatically. This ensures a high level of protection and comfort during work so operators can focus fully on their own crosscutting process. During feeding, the protective shield is in the base position. As soon as cutting starts, it moves upwards into the protective position. Cutting only begins when all four keys are pressed within a very short space of time.

The roller conveyor lets you effortlessly transport the material to be processed to the saw. The stable designs are perfectly aligned with the C-model in question and can also be kitted out with a clear, easy-to-read measurement scale.

An adjustable stop is crucial when repeatedly crosscutting the same lengths. As a result, our SOLID CUT U-series offers you multiple ways to stop your material. The robust stop flap is a perfect option if you’re using large cross-sections, while the swinging stop is ideal for high operating speeds on smaller or pre-planed parts.

The SOLID CUT U 500 undertable cross-cut saw is upgradeable by the automatic positioning system EasyStop which can be used at the same time as length stop device and positioning pusher. Thanks to the pressure sensitive touchscreen of the operating device OptiCom, the system can be handled easily and in an intuitive way. 

Thanks to this combined system, you are no longer obliged to adjust the workpieces by hand - let EasyStop do this job! The positioning system refers to the saw cut and automatically aligns the workpieces to the requested length.
