The Glu Jet PUR PRO provides

90° swivel access – Easy and comfortable operation

The unit can be rotated 90° out of the working position, giving the operator an optimal view of the application system.

Closed vacuum system for increased efficiency

Polyurethane adhesive can stay in the closed system for several days, ready for the next application.

Coated dosing sleeve

Pressure sensitivity can be lowered for delicate surfaces, ensuring much gentler material detection.

 

Integrated Glu Jet collection container for PUR and EVA

A soft, adhesive-repellent silicone insert ensures a permanently clean tray. This saves time-consuming and costly cleaning work and maintains a clean appearance of the machine.

Optimised cleaning time & rinsing performance

A specialized PUR cleaner and neutralizer helps operators keep the system consistently clean and free of residues. Weekly maintenance is sufficient to ensure optimal performance.

 

Supported adhesive types

With the HOLZ-HER Glu Jet system, all common types of adhesives can be easily processed in both cartridge and granule form using a single system.
