The EVOLUTION series from HOLZ-HER represents high-performance vertical CNC machining centers for complete processing of panel and solid wood components. Specifically designed to meet the demands of the furniture, interior fit-out, and woodworking industries, it caters to craftsmen, small and medium-sized businesses, and industrial-oriented manufacturing alike. Door package

The EVOLUTION models are even more versatile thanks to the increased passage width of 1200 mm in the workpiece height.

The optional EVOLUTION door package, consisting of a specially developed angle gear for lock cases and a lock case cutter, complements the capabilities of HOLZ-HER's vertical CNC.

PinJet - the dowel system

Function extension for the double-sided insertion of pre-coated Ø 8 mm dowels with lengths of 30 - 40 mm into 8 mm holes pre-drilled by the drilling unit in the +/- X direction. By selecting “Insert dowel,” the steps

Connect package

The Connect package includes a complete set for vertical CNC machining and milling of Clamex pockets on all four sides and the surface in both the vertical and horizontal directions.

EVOcell automation solution

The EVOLUTION 7405 in combination with EVOcell delivers maximum efficiency in the smallest possible footprint. Requiring as little as 40 m² of floor space, it enables near-unmanned production of furniture components and stands out with its flexible robotic arm, which can optionally be equipped with a seventh axis for operation across multiple machines.
