The patented DIAMOND WEINIG tooth mould combines innovative technologies and high-quality materials for maximum cutting quality and productivity. Arranged in groups of three, two pre-cutters and a reamer ensure smooth, clean cuts.

The special ‘crown shape’ of the pre-cutters stabilises the saw blade, minimises vibrations and enables smooth, clean cuts,
clean cuts. Lateral tips ensure tear-free edges - even with challenging materials.
This tooth shape has been specially developed for cutting MDF, hardwood and softwood. The scraper removes the residual material cleanly and efficiently from the kerf. The concave shape and bevelled flanks make chipping easier, while additional points cut through the fibres.
