The ACCURA 1556 PUR 2000 provides

Glu Jet PUR 2000 adhesive application system

With the XL Glu Jet adhesive station, users process 2-kg adhesive cartridges, which are significantly more cost-effective than conventional PUR granulate. The investment pays off from an annual consumption of approximately 400 kg of PUR adhesive.

fa.s.t. setting technology

Efficient edgebanding through “set-up in the gap”. With fa.s.t., different processing operations can be run simultaneously within the edgebanding machine, ensuring full utilization of all capacities. By selecting programs from the program memory, the units are automatically adjusted. This allows multiple processing operations to be carried out at the same time, eliminating idle runs of the edgebanding machine.

Heavy, large, shock-absorbing units with a robust design, engineered for high feed speeds and the highest demands in terms of quality and throughput. Fully motorized axis adjustment with up to 30 CNC-grade NC servo motors, featuring completely backlash-free mechanics for 100% repeatable results.
